Our men's English shooting shirt - what we fondly call the 'peg shirt' in-house, is hand crafted in England with timeless details and practicality for the peg.
Made for your shoot day live on peg, our signature sporting cut - Peg Fit - has been meticulously designed to encapsulate the active, flowing movements of the field, whilst offering an refinement that is unmatched for the comradery of the shoot pub or estate lodge.
Peg Fit is more than an approach, its modern functionality and refinement on the peg and for the field. The men's shooting shirt is carefully structured to give the wearer comfortable movement regardless of the demands on the peg, with a shirt length that ensure it does not ride up, nor the sleeves are too short.
Extensively tested on the peg and in the field, these shirts have seen everything from high-birds and big bags, to home-county days and pigeon hides.
Every shirt is adorned with luxury cow's milk buttons that are made here in the Cotswolds by England's only button maker. Each button subtly etched with 'TWELVEBORE' and highly sustainable.
Ensuring we honour the traditional shooting shirt, ours fasten with buttons, specifically the "barrel" style cuff featuring two buttons, with a second button serving as a practical redundancy in case one is lost in the field.
Suitable for all seasons, the fabric for our signature shooting shirts are all woven and dyed in Great Britain with mid-weight brushed cottons that are both refined, breathable and comfortably warm, when required.

Our field fit are designed to deliver the perfect balance of elegance and functionality. The cut is neither close, not straight, rather offering the wearer the opportunity to feel confident and comfortable enjoying their chosen pursuit - be it in the field or pub!
We are confident our fit is suitable through all shapes and sizes due to the care and attention given to the structure and fabric.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is ready, it will be sent via courier using either their Express Domestic or Express Worldwide services. When your order is ready to leave you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
We aim for all orders to be with you within three business days.
If you are in any way unhappy with your good(s), you may send them back for a refund or exchange. Please note returns are not accepted on Bespoke shirts (and if you have approved your sample shirt, the final shirts and sample shirt cannot be returned or altered; if you would like this to be done, there is a fee for this service), underwear and any sale items, however if you do have any queries with your shirt(s) please contact us hello@twelvebore.com.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of being received.
