Frequently Asked Questions
Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. With orders processed here in the Cotswold (we don't dropship or currently use 3PL) we aim to arrive in the UK with three working days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Unless you are based in the UK (where you will be charged our local 20% VAT rate), you will be charged VAT (if applicable) once your delivery fee has been calculated. Once calculated, this figure will include any local duty or taxes you would be charged in customs. It allows us to send your parcel tax & duty paid to prevent hold-ups in customs.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us; a member of our team will be there to assist you.

About Twelvebore
Headquarters for us is just outside the Capital of the Cotswold, Cirencester. For those that know their shoots, we are nestled in between Combe End and Salperton.
We proudly, and exclusively, make our beautiful field wears in Great Britain - and mostly by hand!
We are doing our best, and we are constantly improving.
Our approach is to be hyper-localised in appointing expert crafts people and where that is not possible we are 'field sports first' in using overseas partners.
What this means is we will look to our immediate neighbours and work with those field sport rich communities that have empathy and experience with our focus and activities.
