Beaters Brew officially supports the Gamekeepers Welfare Trust, providing financial grants for gamekeepers, stalkers and ghillies and their families in times of hardship, ill health and retirement. Small grants are available for young people making gamekeeping their career. Jamie's helpline is a key part of the service providing a confidential listening service with information and support on a wide variety of issues including health, retirement, redundancy, housing and employment issues. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is ready, it will be sent via courier using either their Express Domestic or Express Worldwide services. When your order is ready to leave you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
We aim for all orders to be with you within three business days.
If you are in any way unhappy with your good(s), you may send them back for a refund or exchange. Please note returns are not accepted on Bespoke shirts (and if you have approved your sample shirt, the final shirts and sample shirt cannot be returned or altered; if you would like this to be done, there is a fee for this service), underwear and any sale items, however if you do have any queries with your shirt(s) please contact us hello@twelvebore.com.
