This Mexican Decaf is a traceable single estate coffee from a farm located close to the village of Huatusco in the state of Veracruz. The decaffeination process used, called ‘Mountain Water Process’ is an organic certified, non-chemical method which uses the crystal clear waters from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba, to carefully remove caffeine from the green beans. The farm prides itself on its dedication to sustainability and has been awarded with both Rainforest Alliance and 4C certifications.
This naturally decaffeinated coffee has deliciously-sweet chocolate notes with hints of caramel, and a clean aftertaste.
Many of our orders are sent out on the day of roasting, but failing that it is usually be within one - two days. All our bags have a roasting date for your comfort. This may differ if we are away at shows like the Game Fair.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is ready, it will be sent via courier using either their Express Domestic or Express Worldwide services. When your order is ready to leave you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
We aim for all orders to be with you within three business days.
If you are in any way unhappy with your good(s), you may send them back for a refund or exchange. Please note returns are not accepted on Bespoke shirts (and if you have approved your sample shirt, the final shirts and sample shirt cannot be returned or altered; if you would like this to be done, there is a fee for this service), underwear and any sale items, however if you do have any queries with your shirt(s) please contact us hello@twelvebore.com.
